In a vision, the Lord showed me a giant in a seated position on the ground with the palms of his hands pressed to the ground on either side of him. He appeared to be half asleep.

As the children's ministry director at Clanton Church of God, I believe that is is time to prepare "God's Little Soldiers For Big Battles." I also believe we are living in the last days and the enemy is closing in on our children at an earlier age than what we have seen before. We are forced to send our children into the Public School System, where our kids face bigger battles than we can imagine! Our mission is to send our children into these war zones ready for battle! It is time we take a stand against the enemy and say: "NO MORE!" No more, we will we be the half-sleeping giant. It's time for the giant to stand up & start marching. Our children must become the feet of the giant, because they walk into "The Biggest Mission Field in the World," five days a week. I believe God is rising up an army of children ready to move their feet for Him!

Clanton Church of God Children's Ministries or King's Kids Children's Ministry should be a great priority. Children are our future and the church of tomorrow, and we as a church must do everything in our power to win, train and disciple our children at an early age. God says that "Children are an heritage of the Lord" and that they are "a gift from the Lord." He places the responsibility for child care squarely on the shoulders of parents.

Anybody with a heart for God and a love for kids can help in children's ministries. Come be a part of changing a children's life, the come join the "King's Kids" at the Clanton Church of God in worship and learning experiences of the Lord.
